Each Alumni Home piece is produced in limited quantities or made to order, and we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives with damage or there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us at founder@alumni-home.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you promptly to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
