Shipping & Delivery

Furniture will be delivered via white glove delivery for $195 nationwide, with the exception of Arkansas, Montana, and Wyoming, where delivery is $395. This service includes:

• Delivery to the room of your choice
• Unpacking and placement
• Removal of packaging materials and debris

At this time, Alumni Home ships exclusively within the continental United States.

Rescheduling & Missed Deliveries

If a delivery appointment is rescheduled within 48 business hours of the scheduled date, or if delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or access issues, additional rescheduling or redelivery fees may apply.

To avoid these charges, please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive the delivery and that the delivery space is accessible at the scheduled time.
